Church's Scholar Athlete - Ryan Horton
2012-01-20
Ryan Horton is a 6 foot 9 center for the Frisco Raccoons basketball team. He has a 4.06 grade point average and besides towering over defenders, Horton is a member of the National Honor Society and National Technical Honor Society. He is extremely active at his church where he volunteers and is also helps teach at Sunday School. Congratulations to Ryan Horton for being the Church’s Scholar Athelte of the Week.
E-5 Coach of the week - Brandon Bennett

Today’s E5 assistant coach of the week is Brandon Gilbert of South Grand Prairie High School. Gilbert puts in the defensive schemes for the 3rd ranked Warriors as well as being responsible for organizing the weight room workouts. He has built great relationships with the kids and is relied on heavily by head coach Brandon Bennett. E5 supports all coaches across the metroplex.
